All payments must be made via Credit card in full upfront unless otherwise specified. The artwork will not be shipped before the payment has been cleared. 

 

Shipping

US SHIPPING:

All the shipments are made via USPS or FedEx with delivery confirmation and tracking numbers.

All orders are insured. In the unlikely event of lost or damaged packages, you will be able to file a claim and receive a full refund from the carrier (if you will be able to provide the original packaging for inspection in case of damaged art) Please note that the refund is paid by the carrier, not the seller.

You will receive an email notification on the day of shipping with a tracking number so you can track your package online.

Please allow 4-7 business days to process your order and additional 2-6 business days for transit. 

Please make sure that your name and address are correct at checkout. If you will find any mistakes after the payment is made, please contact me immediately!

Please make sure that your name and address are correct at checkout. If you will find any mistakes after the payment is made, please contact the seller immediately! If the package is shipped to the wrong address or returned back to the seller because the address was non-deliverable or the package wasn’t picked up in time,  you will be responsible for any additional shipping cost to ship it to you again. 

The seller is not responsible for any customs charges in your country. Please confirm the customs and import costs with your local post office or online before ordering, to avoid any surprise charges once your order has been delivered. If the package is sent back to the seller because you refuse to pay customs, you will receive a refund of the price of the artwork minus shipping cost and any customs charges that the seller may have to pay in the US.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

If for whatever reason you have to cancel your order within 24 hours after the purchase, please contact me immediately. I guarantee a 100% refund.

Once your order is shipped, no returns or exchanges are accepted. All sales are final.

There are no exceptions.
