“Breaking the Surface” paintings are inspired by two worlds that are separated by an invisible film between two elements of nature.

Two Universes that influence each other so beautifully, yet can not be truly united.

It’s an illusive dance between the Ocean and the world we are able to live in. This topmost layer of life giving mystery of water is as far as most of us can penetrate without special equipment, is also the most fascinating to me.
